Every since I jumped on the grilled cheese month bandwagon a few weeks ago, I cannot.stop.thinking about grilled cheese sandwiches. Because I can’t eat them over and over and over again over the course of the next month, I did the next best thing, for both you and me. Yum. Try a light toasting of that bread, not browned, just a little dry edge.
If you are feeling wild & cooking fairly quickly, try putting a tiny bit of salt & vingar potato chip crumbs in the cheese. No, I am not high.
